    So, “the Seedling of Mars” is a strange and interesting story that I thinking may be read a few different ways. Chris, who wrote the above article, touched on something that hints at the way I read the tale…that the Mars entity sent the humans to prepare Venus for his coming.

    I believe there was an intimation that the Mars entity actually sent humans to Earth ages ago to prepare the planet for its use. It mentions eliminating rival creatures. It knows humans very well…to well to have garnered the knowledge through a telescope. It intentionally created the strife on Earth to gather enough supporters to its side… enough that is to colonize Venus.

    I dunno, maybe reading between the lines a bit much. What to you guys think?
